Am I living with a thankful spirit? Heb. 13:15 1. Why should we be thankful? - sacrifice with your life and your lips - continual praise Because of what Jesus has done - victory over sin and death Rom. 6:17;col. 1:12 - inheritance 2. How can I be thankful? Eph. 5:18-20, col. 3:16 - be filled with the spirit - make the word of God your dwelling place 3. What should we be thankful for? Rom. 1:8; 1 Cor. 1:4; phil. 1:3 - those around us, everyone 4. Why are we not thankful? Rom. 1:21 - we are selfish sinners
