Houston Dynamo Head Coach Ben Olsen joined Glenn to discuss what the fan's can expect from him as the team's head coach, his philosophy/style of play, his initial impressions of the job he has ahead of him, what he makes of the Dynamo roster, and more!

Live from Hugh O'Connor's pub, to begin the opening half of the show Glenn takes some calls as he discusses the state of the Dynamo as they bring in new head coach Ben Olsen. After the opening segment he is joined by the Spanish voice of the Dynamo Alex Para and former Houston youth product and MLS player Josh Gardner to talk about the electric MLS Cup Final and more about the Dynamo as well. To round out the hour, the trio is joined by Ian Veary of the Liverpool supporters group to talk all about Liverpool's rough start to the season and the premier league as a whole.

Live from Hugh O'Connors Pub, to kick off the 2nd half of the show, Glenn is joined by the members of the Dynamo Faithful podcast to get their thoughts on the state of the Dynamo and discuss the importance of fans in the podcast/media space. After the opening segment the Striker's Victor Araiza joins the show to discuss his feeling on the Dynamo's decision to hire Ben Olsen, the direction of the club, and more. To close the show, Glenn talks with the man himself, new Dynamo HC Ben Olsen to discuss his philosophy as a coach, his initial thoughts on the job ahead of him, the current roster, and more.

In the second hour of today's show, Glenn Davis is joined with interviews! To finish the show, our host is joined by Jessica O'Neill, new Houston Dash president. 

New Houston Dash president, Jessica O'Neill, joins soccer matters. To start off the interview, Glenn asks her thought on Houston Dash and this season following their performance. Talks on potential coach as the current one, Juan Carlos Amoros, is still interim. Talks about the future of the club looking into the future, & much more.

Transitioning into WC talk, our host and guest talk about the restrictions of this tournament, pros and cons, & much more.

Moving on, Glenn gets into the the search for the next Houston Dynamo coach, following some newly released information.  Re-visiting the MLS playoffs, this time looking more at Austin FC as they have been looking very good this off season, & more. 

Glenn opens up the hour with some Dash talk,  following a Kansas city player outburst over Houston crowd on twitter after the game.  Moving on to more MLS playoff talk as it continues this week with both LA teams, NY v Montreal, Philly union v Cincinnati, & Dallas v Austin. To end off the hour, Glenn is joined by Brian Sciaretta to talk on USMNT ahead of the World Cup. Glenn is the later joined by Jordi Sunyer to talk Spanish soccer and Barcelona. 

Jordi Sunyer from Barcelona TV3 joins soccer matters, him and Glenn talk about Barcelona's performance against Real Madrid. Go over the current situation for the Catalonian Club considering the players, coaches, and much more. Conversation regarding the rebuilding process, what is necessary, patience, and much more. Ending off the interview with talks over where La Liga stands right now in the world of football. 

Brian Sciaretta joins soccer matters,  veteran reporter of American soccer with focus on the U.S. national teams, youth national teams, Americans abroad, and MLS.  He joins Glenn Davis to talk on the USMNT roster for the World Cup. They talk about playing time for specific players and the possibilities in joining the WC squad. All things USMNT ahead of the World Cup in November.

Houston Dash Head Coach Juan Carlos Amoros joins Glenn for a Soccer Matters exclusive interview ahead of the team's first-ever playoff game to preview every angle of their matchup with the Kansas City Current on Sunday.

Real Salt Lake TV Analyst, Sirius XM FC Host, and former MLS Defender Brian Dunseth joined Glenn to preview RSL's playoff matchup with Austin FC and go through some of the other MLS Playoff matchups that stick out the most to him.   

Houston Dynamo Interim Head Coach Kenny Bundy joined Glenn to discuss his major takeaways from his time as the Dynamo Head Coach to finish out the season, how he'd evaluate his performance during these final 5 games, what the future might potentially hold for him, and much more!

Houston Dash Defender Caprice Dydasco joined Glenn to discuss her journey to the Houston Dash, the excellent season they've had so far, how the team is feeling heading into the playoffs, and much more!
