Steve Jnr is the son of the former two-weight world champion and Ireland's answer to 'Conor McGregor' in the 90's, Steve Collins. After a career in professional rugby Steve Jnr decided to follow in his Dad's footsteps and step into the ring. Going undefeated in the light-heavyweight division Steve-Jnr now fights for the Irish title on June 24th.

Comedy duo, Sinead and Stevo have been a consistent viral comedy sensation for the past couple of years. Primarily through their characters "Farmer Michael" and "Kathleen". The two are on the road and doing incredibly well with their live shows. I sat down with them for the chats about an hour or so before I headlined their club in Galway.

This week I had a sit down with the greatest goalkeeper to ever play the game of hurling, Tipperary's Brendan Cummins. With a record 73 appearances, 2 All-Ireland's, 5 All-Stars and countless other accolades Brendan gives a candid insight into what it takes to be elite. Whether you like hurling or not, you don't even have to be a sports fan to take inspiration from this chat.

On this episode I chat with the unbelievably interesting Packie Collins. A retired pro boxer, he is the owner and head coach at Celtic Warrior Gym in Dublin. Recorded on a training day in the gym, we talk everything from his own career path with his very famous sporting family to dinner with Don King and mentoring Conor McGregor.

This week I chat with a good buddy, former WBO Intercontinental Champion Spike O'Sullivan. A current pro at 26 fights, 24 wins with 16 KOs, he's getting ready for his next bout in the states in 2 weeks. We'd a quick enough chat and it was mostly boxing but there'll be plenty more shit-shootin episodes with this dude in the future.

Since recording this episode my beloved grandmother Alice has passed away and this is lovely tribute to the wonderful and funny woman she was. In this episode I chat to my Grandparents, Tom Snr and Alice O'Mahony. Turns out they were kind of like wizards back when they owned a garage/electrical-supply shop in the 50's. There's even a little relationship advice in there.
