Metal Ron hosts a precursor to a proper,full tribute to a dear old friend of both he and Gerald (as well as POWER CHORD),"Jeff Ulmer" (SACRED BLADE/OTHYRWORLD)who passed away unexpectedly from a stroke a week ago. Creator of one of the first Vancouver METAL BANDS to break out of here in a big world wide CULT, status. (he was the voice behind POWERCHORD's old intro tape), His band also made the lead track on METAL MASSACRE 4. so the first hour is dedicated to his music and and some reminiscing from M.R. The second hour was filled a variety of heaviness new and old.

As said, today's show was a tribute to late Clive Burr (former Iron maiden drummer extraordinaire who lost his long running battle with M.S. last Wednesday march 13.)My hope is that you listen to to the tracks i've played(that you've probably listened to many times before) with different ears per-say, and really zone into his amazing technicality and rhythm and uniqueness that made him such an influence on many drummers today.
