We are back with another Hall of Fame and this time we have the wonderful Blyth Tait. He chats through his move to the UK, his international success, and how the sport has changed. Guests: Blyth competed in four Olympics and has won four medals. His first international success was at the 1990 WEG in Stockholm when he won Gold in both the individual and team events on Messiah. At the 1992 Olympics in Barcelona, he won the individual Bronze and Silver in the team event. In the 1996 Olympics, he won Gold in the individual and Bronze in the Team event. He later repeated his World Championships double Gold in 1998 with Ready Teddy.  He has also won Burghley on 2 occasions in 1998 and 2001. The new COE of British Eventing, Rosie Williams, joins Nicole to talk through her life before BE, how she has felt joining the team and her vision for the future of the sport. She has had a passion for equestrian sports throughout her life, growing up in New South Wales, Australia, she competed in several equestrian disciplines including eventing, show jumping, dressage, and polocrosse. From the start of his riding journey on 2 cheeky ponies, Rosie and Posy, going to an Olympics and then a life-changing fall, Jonty Evans has been through it all. He joins Nicole to chat through his eventing journey, his wonder horse Cooley Rorkes Drift and his Paris Paralympic hopes. Listen for free on all podcast platforms.
