The 2007 and 2011 New York Giants under Coach Tom Coughlin made yoga a part of their routine, as did the 2015 Seattle Seahawks under Coach Pete Carroll. ESPN The Magazine wrote an article about it. At the time that was outside the box thinking. And since then just about every NFL team and most FBS programs have jumped on board in making yoga a part of their in-season routine.
