Droneghost is the main musical project of Jaume Muntsant, producer and dj from Barcelona. The project started in 2015 with the intention of creating a dark sound universe, inspired by David Lynch, Lovecraft, Spanish ghost stories and other mysteries through the combination of techno, ambient and drone elements. Since then he has released his music on several labels such as Space Textures, Circular Limited, Aarden Records or Systolic, as well as on his own Bandcamp. This live set was recorded live at the Midline night organized by ABSIS at LAUT in Barcelona last year. The live set is made up of the sounds, loops and remixed patterns of Droneghost's material, working with Ableton as the main element and accompanied by a drum machine. Today we launch a new mix with Italo/Iranian DJ and producer Sciahri, to mark the release of his brand new EP on Monument Records "Stranger Infatuation." Sciahri has been meandering throughout the spectrum of Techno ever since his 2014 debut EP on Ilian Tape. He has since released on some of the most influential labels, such as Opal Tapes, Manhigh, Semantica, Mord, and, in parallel, via his own outlet Sublunar Records since 2017. More recently in 2022 he started a live project focused on ambient/ experimental Techno, with a world premiere at the Tehran Contemporary Sounds festival. Avsluta is a London-based producer, DJ, live performer and curator. While her output is diverse in both her live performances and DJ sets alike, it most often taps into the realms of ambient, downtempo, UK-bass and off-kilter deep techno, navigating the liminal spaces between ambient and dance music. She runs Introspective Electronics, a platform featuring regular radio shows, podcasts and co-curated live events. Jin Synth played on the third day of Mostra 23 at the iconic landmark of Castell de Montjuïc in Barcelona, one of the venues of Mostra festival. The Catalan festival will take place in its third edition from 28 to 31 March in 2024. About her time at Mostra Jin Synth said: "Mostra was an absolutely beautiful music festival.
