At least 80 new delegates from different countries were sworn in as Members of the Pan African Parliament following elections in a number of African States and rotation within delegations. Out of this 80, about four or more were fro South Africa including Julius Malema, Thoko Didiza, Mandla Mandela etc. Mudzithe had a chat with Hon.
