Having a real conversation about sex trafficking documentary Filmmakers.

Last Sunday Survivor leader Cierra Robinson and myself were interviewed on stage live Sunday morning at one of the biggest Black churches in San Diego. The subject was Human Sex Trafficking and how it affected the community surrounding the church. A community that I came from.  On this podcast Cierra and I debrief about our experience conducting this conversation with our personal community. 

Helping survivors of Human Sex Trafficking with legal services is crucial to their success. These issues can sometimes be the making or breaking point in someones transition out of the life. Thanks to amazing people like Jamie Beck and her organization Free To Thrive, survivors are now receiving these much needed services throughout San Diego. I'm often times on the phone with someone that I have never met in person answering questions about my background in the subculture of Pimping and Prostitution. Today I was about to enter into another one of these conversations with Rhonelle Bruder when the idea of making this a thing for my podcast. I mean why not? Im asked some pretty damn good questions that others may want to know as well. For the sake of keeping this as authentic as possible I asked her to stop our conversation so that we could set up a podcast instead to capture our dialogue.
