Today we are praying for clear thoughts so that we can clearly chart a path forward for this week and year. We are seeking clear and distinct opportunities to elevate and excel in the marketplace.

Today we are seeking guidance in preparing for career mobility, agility, flexibility, and adaptability. As we close this year we are praying for clear focus, well defined job descriptions and elevation in roles, responsibilities and accountability.

Today we are praying for a fresh perspective to problem solving and petitioning for support to drive solution oriented thinking in our organizations, opportunities, and platforms.

Today we are praying for help to manage situations where we are uncomfortable with people we work with in hopes of eliminating passive aggressive behaviors and focusing on the talents, skills, and gifts we bring to projects and plans.

Today we are praying for the skill, talent, and gifting to communicate our ideas, needs, and decisions clearly and constructively. We are pressing into opportunities to speak and write with clarity and deliver necessary messages with confidence and grace.

Today we are seeking to get out of our own way and the removal of mental, physical, and spiritual limitations and road blocks to thinking, operating, developing and researching innovative processes, practices, inventions, and systems.

Today we are praying for lateral and vertical leadership teams to address the need for unity in understanding and execution of the vision and objectives of the organization as a whole and in part as it relates to stakeholders, staffing, and clients.

Today we are seeking the discipline to use our words constructively and positively to enhance our leadership skills and direct our path toward living our destiny.

Today we are praying to make the connection with our peers and subordinates in a way that respects, honors, and identifies their humanity in the workplace.
