After 564 days, three surgeries, and one 80-game steroid suspension Fernando Tatis Jr. is back in the Padres lineup. The numbers do not begin to tell the story. One of their starting pitchers is, once again, not living up his potential and it's costing San Diego wins. What is really wrong with Blake Snell?
