This podcast is far from any sort of definitive collection but it is an intereting episode to listen to. We begin with am interview with the Reverend Jim Hones himeself, then a short glimpse into the church it's self. Then a lengthy phone conversation in which a member discusses finding a breaking point and another member talking her through it and attempting to bring her back into the church. This podcast is meant to be a starting point to peak interest in a history America dealt with. Jones was born in Indiana and started the Peoples Temple there in the 1950s. He later moved the Temple to California in the mid-1960s, and gained notoriety with the move of the Temple's headquarters to San Francisco in the early 1970s. James Warren "Jim" Jones (May 13, 1931 – November 18, 1978) was an American cult leader.
