The situation between myself and my oldest child is at a critical point. Things got sour during the holidays when I couldn't follow thru with my promise to get him what he wanted for Christmas. He has also met this girl who he is very attached to and with who I fear has bitten him with the "simping sickness", an illness my former self suffered from greatly.
