Leo Endel, the Executive Director of the Minnesota Wisconsin Baptist Convention, spoke at the Convention's annual "Empower Conference" held in Green Lake, WI. This session was recorded Saturday morning 3/17/07. Leo spoke on the theme, "Engaging in Empowered Vision" and encouraged our churches and people to become more effective in ministry by accomplishing God's vision for our Convention.
