Dog Name: Live at Sonic Masala Fest, Greenslopes Bowls Club, 17 August 2019 Canberra band Dog Name formed as the solo project of singer/guitarist Eadie Newman, who had previously played in a host of other acts including Bacon Cakes, Passive Smoke, Eadie and the Doodles and Mind Blanks. Having released EPs in 2016 and 2017, the band are currently putting the pieces together for their first album. They journeyed north to Brisbane last year for Sonic Masala Fest at the Greenslopes Bowls Club even though - as you will hear towards the end of this set - the footy was on.
