Donny Benet: Donny Benet is a Sydney based disco artist, best known for his anachronistic music style, and recontextualisation of 80’s disco music into modern production. His first record ‘Don’t Hold Back’ came out in 2011 and cemented his style as an artist. His second record ‘Electric Love’ came out shortly after in 2012 and ireleased 2014’s ‘Weekend At Donny’s’, which contained much more of the material Benet is well known for. In between albums, Donny can also been seen playing bass as a member of Jack Ladder And The Dreamlanders. 2017 sees Donny Benet releasing his 4th album, with ‘Working Out’ appearing at the start of the year.
