Rare Cuts Vol. 1: Rare Cuts is an initiative started by Jacinta Sutton and Alex Campbell to raise money for the organisation DVConnect through the power of live music. DVConnect provides free assistance to women, men, children and their pets affected by domestic and family violence across Queensland. Staffed by experienced counsellors, the Womensline (24 hours, 7 days) and Mensline (9am – midnight, 7 days) provide advice and support for people experiencing domestic and family violence and people concerned about someone they know who is affected.
