Bryan Giles of Red Fang & I have a conversation about how he coped with 2020, his 1st brews, the soundtrack to his youth, his 1st shows, Red Fang's killer videos, Wayfinder's "Malt Liquor", pulling the plug on their fall tour, how he has been filling the void & his hangover cure. Throughout our conversation, Bryan enjoyed a Lagunitas Brewing Co "Hoppy Refresher" while I enjoyed the Saint-Houblon x Unhuman 's "Chaotic Equilibrium", a 5.6% NEIPA with blueberries and ginger. This beer was brewed as a part of Vox&Hops' Brewtal North America. It poured out with a light orange hazy veil, slapped juicy fruit on the nose and ripped a juicy ginger finish.
