Matt Young of King Parrot & CrisisAct & I have a conversation about how he coped with 2020, launching his new project CrisisAct, becoming Sober, working in a drug & alcohol rehabilitation center, rediscovering his identity, applying the 12 Steps Program to the band, advice for anyone who is struggling, how he will tackle alcohol with his children, a sober stage persona & the silver lining of the pandemic.
