Every relationship has creative differences and we all have to learn how to handle them. When in a relationship with someone, it is not always possible to be in 100% agreement. To minimize conflicts, it is important to communicate in advance if the project is a collaboration or if one partner will take the creative lead. Additionally, it is important to recognize each other's strengths and weaknesses to understand where the other is coming from.
