Locked On Red Sox

The Red Sox had 3 different streaks come to an end with Saturday's 14-4 loss to the Yankees.  Weekend series in the Bronx is even at 1-1.  The Red Sox had their 5-game win streak come to an end as well as a 6-game road win streak.  The Sox missed out on improving to 10 games over .500 for the first time this season and saw their 5-game win streak at Yankee Stadium end.     Red Sox were up a run going to the bottom of the 5th inning and when the frame was over, the Yankees put up 7 runs and led by 6 runs.  Massachusetts native Ben Rice (Cohasset, MA) led off the home 1st with a home run against Josh Winckowski and then capped New York's 7-run 5th with his 2nd Home Run of the game, a 3-run blase off of reliever Chase Anderson.  Rice added his 3rd HR of the game, a 2nd 3-R Home Run off Chase Anderson in the 7th inning.  That made it 14-4.  Rice 3 Home Runs and 7 RBIs.  Rafael Devers collected his 1000th career hit in the Big Leagues with an RBI single off Gerrit Cole in the 3rd and that tied the game at 1-1.  Ma
