This week's listener question has got Rob & Rob whipping out their time machine as we’re taking a look back to 2014... (bet you didn’t know the Robs can go back in time as well as predicting the future).  Luke from London has recently bought his first buy-to-let property and it’s got him thinking about the 18-year property cycle.  So, he did a little research and went digging in the podcast archives and found the first podcast episode Rob & Rob recorded on the 18-year property cycle back in 2014.  What Luke wants to know is how are Rob & Rob’s predictions faring 8 years down the line.  Looking at it from 2022’s perspective, where do they think we actually are in the cycle? Do they still think their original date predictions are pretty accurate?
