Rob & Rob are back again with another Friday market update for you.  This week the property market has been a bit quiet, which isn’t always a bad thing. Nobody seems to be panicking when it comes to buying and selling, and they’re certainly not slashing prices either.  However, we’ve said many times that there will be deals to be made for those that need to sell their property sooner rather than later. And despite many holding out to see if prices would drop, there aren’t any indications of this happening right now. One thing Rob & Rob have noticed however, is a change in rental prices.
