Growing up in the hills of confederate Virginia, Ms. Lafferty shares her life’s journey and work as a racial justice advocate. Her work includes challenging white churches, both individuals and institutions, to explore their consistent, moral disengagement when challenged to accept systematic racism that built our nation and the privileges they continue to enjoy because of it.
