Send us a textWatch The Table of Decision on Vimeo: https://vimeo.com/273014481“At almost every moment of our lives, a silent discussion is being held in our hearts and minds.  This unheard narrative, constantly running in the background, influences our moment to moment decisions and, ultimately, the course of our lives.  It’s the foundation for how we see ourselves in the world and a determinant of how we navigate our lives. It informs our most important decisions, influences our interactions, and births emotions.  It is the root of our bad habits, the seed for our worst decisions, and the trap that chains us to the past.  It can propel us towards change, help us grow, and be a powerful force for healing our deepest wounds.    Though this conversation is almost always coursing, we rarely engage our voice in the exchange.  Worse still, most of us aren’t even listening.  We’re simply responding to the unheard voices, unaware of what lies behind our emotions, decisions, and knee-jerk responses.  One of the most
