All his life he has experienced contact with alien beings. They took him all around the planet, solar system, and time teaching him things. Allowing him to witness events and even telling him of future events. Billy decided at a young age to sit and write all these out and to spread them amongst the world. Since then he has gotten over 250 predictions right apparently. Which is an amazing task to say the least, but he is considered to be a polarizing figure in the community. Is it of his own doing or is it the powers that be undermining the future that he is laying out for everyone. Are they trying to stop our consciousness from ascending.
