Welcome to Movie Mandates, a review show in which sibling cinephiles Andrew and Keleigh force each other to watch movies according to a monthly theme!  It's Ani-May, the month where we indulge in animated films from Japan!  Hey, did you see the one about the busty high school girls with the short skirts and gravity-defying, rainbow colored hair who save the world by piloting giant robots with the one male who's an insufferable loser but for some inexplicable reason his classmates, his homeroom teacher, his childhood friend, her mom, and his sister all want to jump his bones?  And there's a talking cat? Yeah, I guess that doesn't narrow it down.  I should have been more specific.
