The Red Sox (79-65) scored 3 runs in the Top of the 9th Inning and avoided the series sweep with a 7-4 win over the Diamondbacks at Chase Field in Phoenix Arizona. It's the Red Sox 35 comeback win of the season. Garrett Whitlock worked 1.2 scoreless innings for the win. Aroldis Chapman struck out 4 in the ninth to finish off the D-backs and notch his 29th Save.    -----The Big Knock: Nick Sogard came off the bench and delivered a 2-out, 2-run Double in the Top of the 9th Inning that put the Red Sox in front, 6-4.
