Coaching For Results

One of the challenges coaches face is dealing with a client who is ambivalent about the outcome. In previous episodes, I alluded to the fact that clients need to perceive that the achievement of a RESULT is directly contributable to working with you as a coach! If they don’t perceive this correlation, the value of your coaching program is summarily diminished . . . and so are your coaching fees!
