Susan Rowe is a PhD candidate with the Graduate School's interdisciplinary Environmental Sciences program studying free-choice learning - or learning that occurs in informal environments. Specifically, Susan's research seeks to better quantify and understand how interacting with live animal exhibits at zoos and aquariums impacts visitors thoughts on conservation.
