Informações:

Sinopsis

Agroforestry, the practice of growing crops underneath trees on the same plot of land, can help to increase food and biofuel security as rural populations increase in the developing world. Sonia Bruck, a second-year PhD student in the Forest Ecosystems and Society department of the College of Forestry, explains to us that not everyone is willing or able to adopt this practice. She also discusses her upcoming field research in rural Tanzania to figure out why this is and how agroforestry is benefiting those who have adopted it. Please find us on social media!
