Gilthead Bream first appeared on the scene in the 1980's, initially as occasional migrants, but eventually establishing themselves as regular visitors to certain estuaries in the west country where a targeted fishery has sprung up tapping into their hard fighting capabilities. Here Alex MacDonald of Sakuma Tackle sings the praises of the species.
