A former college administrator, William E. Berry, Jr. hails from the Bronx, NY and distinguished himself by serving in a variety of academic, executive, and student affairs administrative assignments at major universities and colleges for over three decades. An activist educator, change agent, and academician interested in the dynamics of empowerment, sustainability, and organizational effectiveness, he has served as assistant dean for undergraduate studies at the State University Center at Stony Brook; directed Antioch University’s undergraduate and graduate programs in Maryland; served as dean of student affairs at the Harlem, NY based Malcolm-King College; provided executive level assistance to the presidents of Rockland Community College, State University of New York as well as at York College, The City University of New York. He served as the first dean of institutional initiatives at Cayuga Community College, State University of New York; held the joint positions of executive assistant to the president
