What Is Culture?

This week, we travel to Bangalore, India, which is roughly 8,000 miles (or about 13,000 kilometers) from New York City, for an honest and inspiring conversation with Aarti Sharma, a Service Delivery Manager, who works from Tangoe’s Bangalore office. We cover many topics, including the struggles that come with working a night shift, the culture of the Bangalore office, and even her role as a Zumba instructor.
