But what you’re selling as a solution, isn’t really all they’re looking for. Let’s say you’re a business trying to hire a sales consultant — here are the 3 levels of problem your business needs to solve: External Problem: Their basic need - they need more customers. Internal Problem: I want my business to be successful.  Global Problem: Their ultimate desired outcome — they want to achieve the dream of running a successful business so they can have ‘the good life'. When you sell, start speaking to all 3 of these levels of problem and you’ll start seeing greater results.
