(NJAMHAA). For the past 20 years, Ms. Noto has directed the Community Information Technology Project, which is a joint public/private venture of NJAMHAA and the NJ Division of Mental Health and Addiction Services (DMHAS), providing technology leadership, advocacy and support to more than 200 human services organizations.Before joining NJAMHAA, Ms. Noto was the Director of Information Management at CPC Behavioral Healthcare, (Eatontown, NJ).
