INTRODUCING KARLI CHILDERS! In the case of today's guest "starting from the ground up" is more than just a cliché.  Karli Childers has literally done this. Karli is currently studying to be a landscape architect at the University Of Kentucky.  Back in high school she started her first business, "Karli's Cute Creations Floral Design & Landscaping".  And she started at the very bottom, literally, pulling weeds.  There was no landscaping job that Karli was too proud to take to help get her on her way, and to get her out working in the soil and with plants.  This is what she loves to do!
