I sit down with UFC lightweight Matt Steamrolla Frevola to discuss his upcoming fight against Violent Bob Ross, Luis Peña. Matt gives updates on his training camp, recovery methods, social media, teammate Chris Weidman's move to light heavyweight and even his potential modeling career. Matt Frevola punched his ticket to the UFC on Season One of Dana White's Contender Series. He made a big splash in his UFC debut with a three-round war against Lando Vannata which made him an instant fan-favorite, despite the fight resulting in a draw.
