What is the tomato story? Well, first, do you have a scarcity or an abundance mindset? How do you know the difference?  The scarcity mindset believes, “There will never be enough.” Whereas, the abundance mindset believes, “There will always be more.” The idea that there isn’t enough isn’t true. It’s a story that you told yourself that keeps you in either scarcity or abundance mindset.  Exploring which mindset you are is important because what you think holds power in your mind, which translate to your words and in the end your behaviors. These mindsets will dictate the life you would like to live. Most of the time these ideas come from old stories that you’ve learned growing up as a child.
