What is a favicon?1.an icon associated with a URL that is variously displayed, as in a browser's address bar or next to the site name in a bookmark list.



What does that mean?Think about when you have Google Chrome or Firefox or whatever you browser that you use open and you have a lot of tabs open. It can be a challenge to find a specific website but you recognize that little icon of the site or company, so you know which tab to click on.
