We are in a world where we are working in complex, ambiguous environments – and the last year in particular has seen an explosion of this. Workplace exhaustion, digital fatigue, mental stress, lack of wellbeing are a few key trends emerging as a result.   When we observe nature, we find that it also experiences its own stresses and threats, as well as health.
