For the first instalment of our new food series, we sat down with JP Karwacki, the Editor of Time Out Montreal, to learn all about Time Out Market- essentially a food court on steroids, with a goal of highlighting & showcasing the best that the city has to offer! He breaks down the curation process and details some of the offerings you can find there, then, we talk about fad diets, veganism, and the benefits of farm-to-table.
