Unity Sunday Service goes Improv! We all have times when we feel stuck and uninspired, when our "muse" is on the lam. It's tempting to curl up on the couch, binge watch a favorite series while eating our favorite comfort food. But that doesn't raise our vibe. It is the equivalent of hiding under the blanket and hoping the world disappears. There are ways to get back in motion and raise our vibration. This Sunday, we will have a communal response to what that is by playing Improv! We will co-create the answer tohow to respond to this familiar human situation.
