We're visited this week by Queens' famous Team Wepa Running Crew! The boys at Team Wepa join us to share their history, mission statement, and a few insights as to the world of running coalitions in New York. The guys share their take on community building, the education system, the media's portrayal of Simone Biles, mental health not only in sports but in every day life, and much more.
