When is a penultimate issue more like a finale?  Well, when your actual final issue is a chapter of an Event Crossover... like the Hellfire Gala. Oh, you didn't know?  There's a Hellfire Gala on the horizon.  They totally don't talk about it every chance they get... so, I don't blame you for not knowing!
