Ali Manouchehri (@amanouch110) is Chief Executive Officer of Metrostar Systems in Washington, DC. In addition to this role as CEO of Metrostar, he's the founder of the Zoomph (previously discussed by guest Amir Zonozi on episode 36). Business Journal named Ali in their list of 40 under 40 in 2010. In addition, he's a board member at Washington Adventist Hospital. While often we speak of companies starting in a dorm room with platforms like Facebook - Ali is a member of that club.He co-founded MetroStar with Robert J. Santos in 1999 while pursuing a Bachelors of Arts in Philosophy at George Mason University, and has grown the company to more than 200 employees and profitability.
