The Tampa Bay Lightning are Eastern Conference and Atlantic Division Champs for the first time since 2003-04 as the Stinkin' Panthers beat the Boston Bruins again. The Bolts will face the New Jersey Devils beginning on Thursday in round 1 of the playoffs.
