"When life gives you lemons, make a margarita!" These are the words of Chelsea Gelbart, our guest on the BuildMyBod Health podcast. She was recently diagnosed with type 1 diabetes, a diagnosis given to approximately 3 million Americans.   In this second episode, Chelsea goes into detail how her symptoms started and how an unrelated affliction at the age of 16 led to her diagnosis of diabetes.
