It makes people into bureaucrats. I always hear that people are talking about school and after they get their degree they will get automatically some kind of job and security. But when I talk to entrepreneurs I hear exactly the opposite. Unless you are an engineer, computer scientist or a doctor, there is no worth in getting a degree, because only in a few industries there is a huge in supply in demand difference in the favor of the employees. In most industries if you graduate you are worth a lot less than someone who does not have a degree, but has many years of experience. The school system was created by bureaucrats.
