Show Notes Samantha Collett is a successful property investor with a large investment portfolio spanning the UK. She started in 2004 with £15,000 and within three years had amassed a multi-million pound portfolio. Samantha is the author of How to Buy Property at Auction (Constable & Robinson, March 2014) and Property Investment: The Essential Rules (Constable & Robinson, July: 2014).
